training sub committee has been appointed, and would be interested
to hear from you if you feel that you or someone you know could
speak on any of these subjects. We would also welcome further input
from you about the subjects you would like to see covered. Finally,

Full Day seminar
"Going to Court"
One and a Half
Day Seminar (9 CPD points)
Venue: Sheraton Hotel, Park Lane
Subject: Going to Court
This will be an
exciting chance to hear from a range of experts - representatives
of the corporate world, the police, forensic services, a forensic
accountant, a prosecuting QC, a judge and a defence solicitor -
each giving an insight into his or her role in the courtroom. Those
talks will then be put into context with a mock courtroom session
to be run by Mark Solon, from Bond Solon, the UK’s leading
legal training consultancy for non-lawyers. An early evening drinks
reception immediately following the first afternoon’s sessions
will provide an opportunity both to meet the experts more informally,
and to catch up with other ACFE members.
